Investor Presentation

investor-presentationIf you deliver a quarterly or annual investor presentation, you’ll know how hard it can be. Even when your presentation looks great, how do you present to a sophisticated audience by reading slides aloud? Setting out the financial and strategic highlights of your company can be complex – and the temptation is to show a mini-document, in PowerPoint.

The problem? Your audience can read, so they don’t need to listen.

Companies constantly promote themselves to investors and analysts – yet investor presentations sometimes give the impression that a company doesn’t care. Annual reports look fantastic – and are produced by specialists. Presentations tend to look like documents, and to be designed for print by graphic designers in Photoshop, not for projection by presentation designers in PowerPoint.

An effective financial presentation doesn’t just look good – it works. Slides should do more than look impressive – they should leave the audience wanting to find out more. Messages shouldn’t be written down and read aloud – they should come to life and be remembered.

Imagine the difference you could make with an effective investor presentation. Imagine the difference if the market really understood your strategy and approach. Favourable analyst coverage. Great articles in the FT and WSJ.
