In House Capabilities

in-house-capabilitiesThis slide demonstrates how a single supplier, with all the capabilities requried in-house, can be used to cut costs.

A supplier delivering a project in house with their own resources only takes one ‘profit margin’. A lead contractor will typically take a profit margin on the work they manage, and sub-contractors will also require a profit margin on the work they do. This means that a single supplier, delivering a project using in-house capabilities can often do so for less.

If these arguments apply to you, feel free to download and use this visual PowerPoint slide for use in your own presentations.

This (training) exceeded all my expectations in terms of real life examples. I have been on many presentation courses before, but none were as useful as this in terms of genuine practical advice on winning business.
