Behavioural Development

Behavioural-DevelopmentThese slides demonstrate how creating a feedback culture amongst employees can drive positive behaviour and maximise overall success.

It is important to develop the right behaviours across your employee population, and one of the most common methods to achieve this is by training the management team.

Instead of a one way process, creating a culture of feedback from your employees means that each manager can take on board the individual needs and requirements of each employee, and so create an iterative cycle of learning and development to drive positive behaviour across all of your employees, maximising overall success.

When I download these, I don’t get any actual .ppt files. I get a .zip file full of what looks like html files or something – I can’t even tell. But they’re worthless to me. Am I doing something wrong?

It’s probably your browser failing to make the right file associations…

If using Internet Explorer 8 (or earlier, I think) on Windows, you may need to right click and select ‘save as’ (or upgrade to IE9, or Chrome, or Firefox) to avoid the pptx file opening as a zipped XML file. A few earlier versions of other browsers have problems with .pptx files too.

You would think that Microsoft would do the best job of handling their own file format, but evidently not…

Please let me know if you still have issues.
