Keele University Maternity Centre are part of Keele University Hospital, providing maternity services for the North Staffordshire area.

This sequence of slides introduces some of the emergency equipment available in the maternity centre as well as examples of how to accurately diagnose specific types of maternity emergency events.

    I like the use of very simple graphics, particularly the outlined body with the animated blood level change. I also like the use of the map which is much more memorable than listing the different locations within the hospital.

    Thanks, Jan – the use of simple graphics is a great way to engage audiences, as it makes it easy for them to assimilate the information – whilst still keeping their attention.
