Ricoh
Ricoh is one of the world’s leading printer manufacturers. In this example, Ricoh attempt to convey how they can help reduce print running costs. Businesses sometimes put ink jets on each desk as this is convenient for employees, and ensures confidentiality. Networked laser printers are much cheaper to run, but typically don’t provide the same level of confidentiality or convenience.
Ricoh solve these problems by ‘locking’ print jobs until owners go to the printer, and allowing print jobs to ‘follow’ the owners to any printer – so they are just as convenient and easy to use as having printers on each desk. The reworking of this short PowerPoint segment demonstrates how to present ideas visually for maximum impact.

David Glasser, Founder and CEO, First JuiceI wanted my presentation to be the best it could be, and I knew that for that I’d have to work with m62. The presentation really clarifies what we’re trying to say, and communicates it in the best way possible. I’m completely satisfied and I can’t compliment team members enough for being so attentive.

Bill, thanks for the kind words. A lot is possible in PowerPoint if you know where to start… We try to give a lot of help on this website – let us know if you have ideas or suggestions for things you would like to see.
