Animation Hints and Tips

The second time a slide is used, ie. repeated, we do not build it as it will annoy the audience. If an object appears on one slide it should not disappear and reappear on an adjacent slide; it should stay during the transition.

No motion animations, only use static transitions (unless you are trying to draw attention).

Don’t distract the audience with the builds. Build slides in a logical manner. Never present a complete diagram first; build it and then fade and highlight sections (build up, fade down).
