Building Graphs
This Building Graphs presentation demonstrates how using graphs that build can make your presentations more effective. Your audience typically see your data for the first time when you present it. For this reason, graphs need to be clear and simple. Extra information can be left out.
When comparing data on a graph, put up the axes, frame discussion, put up the before, then put up the ‘before’ data, then the ‘after’ data. Then highlight the gap between them.
The Building Graphs training video is in Flash format, and will launch in full screen mode.

Nick Cvetkovic, Sales Director of Retail & Sports SystemsI can definitely say that we got sales because of it. In fact, we haven’t been knocked out of the bidding for any of the pitches that we’ve been presenting for. Two of our customers have said that it’s the best presentation they’ve ever seen!
