Nice work on the green screen Nick! I’ve seen this presentation you’ve rebuilt a few times over the past few years, and have thought about doing some green screen presentations myself. It is a nice touch compared to the old narrated only version.

As always – nice work on trying to change the mindset and fight the fight to save audience abuse. Would love to hear any thoughts on the intricacies of doing green screen…maybe as a tip for presenters?

    Keep up the good work…

    Cheers,

Craig, thanks for the comment. I will do a piece on Green Screen for you but… this isn’t green screen!

While I can think of 10 tips for doing green screen my first is DON’T… It’s difficult, time consuming and expensive. This is a new technology called SightDeck. Invented by the guy who invented Green Screen but MUCH easier to present with. I can actual see the material behind me, just like I present everyday. There are no crew, no lights, no set, no need for makeup and no need for post production. Its just a conference room with a special projector. It’s easy, Its quick and it’s cheap… Once you own the kit… Which at $180k isn’t cheap!

There are four SightDecks in the world, the inventors’ in LA, one in a university in Sydney, a third in Beijing and ours… Currently on its way to Liverpool!

Come and give it a go… It will blow your mind!
